History of PML-N

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N). The PML-N is a conservative political party in Pakistan and is one of the three major political parties in the country. The party was founded by Nawaz Sharif in the year 1993 when he was ousted from power by the military. The party's strongholds are mainly in the populous province of Punjab, which is the largest province in Pakistan both by area and population.

The PML-N has been one of the leading political forces in Pakistan over the past few decades, holding power multiple times at federal and provincial levels. The party has promoted conservative values and has been responsible for various infrastructure development projects, including roads, bridges, and highways during its tenure in power. However, the party has also been criticized for its handling of some economic and governance issues during its rule.

In recent years, the PML-N has faced significant challenges in the form of corruption allegations against its leaders, disqualifications of its elected officials, and internal party rifts. Despite these challenges, PML-N remains a potent force in Pakistan's political landscape, and its supporters remain loyal to the party's leadership.
